Building a dystopian interface or a high-octane gaming identity demands a typeface that refuses to blend into the background. That exact design challenge led to the creation of Regra, a heavy geometric sans crafted with sharp angular cuts and stark diagonal terminals. Operating at the intersection of 90s nostalgia and futuristic aesthetics, this low-contrast neo-grotesque delivers an unapologetically aggressive visual weight that commands attention.
Available in three distinct cuts ranging from regular to ultra-black, Regra solves the problem of weak hierarchy in bold posters and product packaging. The squared proportions create a dense, immovable block of text ideal for impactful logomarks and immersive web UI elements that lean into cyber-drenched themes.
Engineered for modern cross-media workflows, the family includes essential webfont formats alongside OTF and TTF files. Designers working across international markets can immediately implement the character set for projects in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese without sacrificing the signature harsh geometry that defines the family's brutalist edge.
